{¶1} Appellant, John Jones, appeals his convictions for murder and endangering children. This Court affirms.

{¶2} Five-month-old Jada Ruiz Jones stopped breathing sometime before 10:00 a.m. on the morning of March 19, 2010. The first responders did not notice any external injuries, so they began resuscitation attempts and transported Jada to the emergency room...
