DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWSKI, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, George Ridley, appeals the February 1, 2011 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, after denying his presentence motion to withdraw his guilty plea, sentenced him to one year of imprisonment. Because we find that the court did not abuse its discretion when it denied appellant's motion to withdraw his plea, we affirm.
