{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Lyle R. Jenkins appeals a judgment of the Clark County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, which adopted a magistrate's decision finding him in civil contempt for violating a court order and awarding plaintiff-appellee Tina M.
