{¶ 1} Indianspring of Oakley, Indianspring Healthcare Center, LLC, and Carespring Healthcare Management, LLC., (collectively "Indianspring") appeal from the judgment of the trial court that denied their motion to stay proceedings and to refer the matter to arbitration.
