{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, James Prince ("Prince"), appeals the judgment entry of the Auglaize County Court of Common Pleas, sentencing him to prison for four years after he pled guilty to possession of heroin and illegal conveyance of drugs into a correction facility.
