{¶ 1} J.M., juvenile defendant-appellant, appeals from the Wyandot County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division's designation of him as a juvenile sex offender following a sexual offender designation hearing. J.M. contends the juvenile court did not have jurisdiction to designate him a juvenile offender registrant and that the designation violates his right to equal protection.
