OPINION

DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Jack R. Pressley appeals his conviction and sentence for burglary (occupied structure), in violation of R.C. 2911.12(A)(1), a felony of the second degree, and one count of possession of criminal tools, in violation of R.C. 2923.24(A), a felony of the fifth degree. Pressley filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on October 14, 2011.
