CUNNINGHAM, Judge.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Dionte Dorsey appeals from the judgment of the Hamilton County Municipal Court convicting him of possessing criminal tools, in violation of R.C. 2923.24(A). He argues that the trial court erroneously admitted other-acts testimony over his objection and that his conviction was not supported by sufficient evidence.
