{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Richard M. Sebastian, Jr. ("appellant"),1 appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which denied appellant's motion to vacate its judgment in foreclosure in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
