{¶1} On November 10, 2004, the Muskingum County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Richard King, on sixty-two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor in violation of R.C. 2907.32(1)(A)(1) and (5). A jury trial commenced on January 25, 2005. The jury found appellant guilty as charged.
