{¶ 1} This is an accelerated administrative appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, which upheld the denial of a claim for unemployment benefits made by appellant, Stephen L. Schivelbein against appellee, Riverside Mercy Hospital, d.b.a. St. Anne's Mercy Hospital ("St. Anne's"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
