{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants Edward and Earnestine Ledyard appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of Plymouth Park Tax Service, LLC. The appellants argue that genuine issues of material fact remain to be litigated and, thus, the trial court erred in its grant of summary judgment.
