Latimer, appeals the entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas sentencing him to a definite term of life imprisonment with the eligibility of parole after 30 years, to be served for the offense of aggravated murder, and four years on each of the four counts of kidnapping, to run consecutive to one another and consecutive to the life sentence.
