{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Gregory Allen, filed April 13, 2011. Allen appeals from his Judgment Entry of Conviction, dated January 31, 2011, following a plea of no contest to one count of possession of crack cocaine, in an amount which equaled or exceeded one gram but was less than five grams, in violation R.C. 2925.11(A).
