SADLER, J.

{¶ 1} Appellant, Eileen Zell, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which (1) granted summary judgment in favor of appellees, Michael Mindlin, Elizabeth Kurila, and David Dale Suttle, (2) denied appellant's motion for summary judgment, and (3) granted Suttle's motion for relief from judgment. For the following reasons, we affirm.
