DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWKSKI, J.

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from the May 6, 2011 judgment of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas which granted summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, CitiMortgage, Inc., in a foreclosure action again defendants-appellants, David and Laura Schippel. Because we find that no genuine issues of fact remain, we affirm.
