{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Eric L. Henderson appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a guilty plea, on two counts of Non-Support of Dependents, felonies of the fourth degree, in violation of R.C. 2919.21(B), having previously been convicted of Non-Support. Each count involved a different child.
