{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Shawn B. Hardy appeals from his conviction and sentence for three counts of non-support of defendants, in violation of R.C. 2919.21(B), all felonies of the fifth degree. Hardy filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on February 10, 2012.
