{¶ 1} Shafik Ahmad was convicted after a jury trial of conspiracy to commit murder; the trial court sentenced him to seven years in prison. Ahmad appeals from his conviction, claiming that the trial court erred in instructing the jury, that his conviction was based on insufficient evidence and was against the manifest weight of the evidence, and that the trial court erred in allowing evidence...
