FRENCH, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Linda S. Rider ("appellant"), appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment and decree of foreclosure to plaintiff-appellee, HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA) ("appellee"). For the following reasons, we affirm.
