{¶1} Keith Ward (hereinafter "Ward") appeals the judgment of the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas, which convicted him of numerous crimes related to the robbery of a pharmacy. On appeal, Ward contends that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to file a motion to suppress.
