{¶1} Fred and Sandra Tufts divorced in 1995 after 35 years of marriage. They agreed that Mr. Tufts would pay Ms. Tufts $2500 a month in spousal support and that the trial court would retain jurisdiction to modify the amount if there was a change in their circumstances.
