DECISION AND JUDGMENT

{¶1} This is an appeal from a judgment issued by the Lucas County Court of Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, terminating appellan's parental rights and granting permanent custody of the minor child, D.S., to appellee. Because we conclude that the trial court's findings were not against the manifest weight of the evidence, we affirm.
