{¶ 1} Defendant James Cox appeals from a final order revoking his judicial release.

{¶ 2} In July 2010, Defendant was convicted of arson, R.C. 2909.03(A)(1), a felony of the fourth degree, and possession of criminal tools, R.C. 2923.24(A), a felony of the fifth degree.
