OPINION

FAIN, J.

{¶ 1} Movant-appellant Mark A. Brooks appeals from an order of the trial court denying his motion to seal the records of his conviction for Impersonating a Police Officer. Brooks contends that the trial court abused its discretion by: (1) finding that he was not rehabilitated; and (2) finding that the public's interest in maintaining the records of his conviction outweighed his interest in sealing them.
