{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Olea Barrera, appeals the Putnam County Court of Common Pleas' conviction by jury trial of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and subsequent sentence of three years imprisonment. Barrera argues her conviction is against the manifest weight of the evidence, that she was denied effective assistance of counsel, and that the trial court abused its discretion by sentencing her to three years imprisonment...
