{¶1} Burnis Combs II (hereinafter "Combs") appeals the judgment of the Circleville Municipal Court, which granted summary judgment in favor of Discover Bank (hereinafter "Discover"). Initially, Combs argues that Discover's summary-judgment evidence does not satisfy Civ.R. 56. Because Discover's evidence complies with Civ.R. 56, we disagree.
