{¶ 1} Kevin Stuart appeals a March 26, 2010 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of two counts of aggravated robbery and imposing sentence. Stuart was found guilty by jury at trial on all counts of a four-count indictment. The indictment charged Stuart with two counts of aggravated robbery, violations of R.C. 2911.01(A)(1) and first degree felonies...
