{¶ 1} Following a jury trial, defendant-appellant Fonta Whipple and co-defendants Jashawn Clark and Eric Long were convicted of several offenses stemming from two shootings in March 2009. The first shooting took place at the home of Mark Keeling and Keyonni Stinson on Matthews Drive in Lincoln Heights, Ohio.
