BRYANT, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Michael B. Lofton, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty of one count of having a weapon under disability in violation of R.C. 2929.13, a felony of the third degree. Defendant assigns a single error:

The trial was structurally flawed because the indictment failed to alleged [sic], and the court failed to consider, whether the defendant...
