{¶ 1} On August 18, 2010, Virgil Breneman entered negotiated guilty pleas to three offenses: failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third degree felony in violation of R.C. 2921.331(B),(C)(5)(a)(ii); possession of cocaine, a fifth degree felony in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A), (C)(4)(a), and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in violation of R.C. 2913.03(B), (D)(3).
