{¶ 1} Gilbert Stonerock (hereinafter "Stonerock") appeals the judgment of the Highland County Court of Common Pleas, which convicted him of unlawful sexual contact with a minor. On appeal, Stonerock initially contends that the trial court should not have permitted a specific witness to testify.
