FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Damien Brown was found guilty by a jury of two counts of murder and two counts of felonious assault, each with a firearm specification, and having a weapon while under disability (with a prior offense of violence). The first four counts were merged, as were the firearm specifications. Brown was sentenced to fifteen years to life in prison for murder, to three years of actual incarceration...
