OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Donald Wood was found guilty by a jury of one count of burglary in violation of R.C. 2911.12(A)(3), and was sentenced to community control sanctions for a period not to exceed five years.1 He appeals from his conviction.

{¶ 2} Wood was arrested on February 4, 2011, on suspicion of the burglary of a house on Claybeck Drive in Huber Heights...
