{¶ 1} This is an appeal from the sentence entered in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court after defendant-appellant Kevin Pullen pled guilty to felony theft. When imposing post-release control, the trial court failed to notify appellant in the judgment entry that if he violated the conditions of post-release control, he could be sentenced to up to one-half of his original sentence.
