{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Caitlin Drozin, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), contending her 1999 Dodge Avenger was damaged as a proximate result of negligence on the part of ODOT personnel in maintaining a hazardous condition on State Route 585 northbound.
