{¶ 1} Appellant, State of Ohio ("the State"), appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court granting the application of appellee, Marlon G. Pariag ("appellee") to seal the records of dismissed case No. 2011 CRB 239. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
