Albers appeals the judgment of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas determining that William Johnson's death following a collision with Albers's car was attributable to Albers's negligence, and requiring Albers to pay $250,000 to plaintiff-appellee Paul Johnson ("Johnson"), as the administrator of the estate of his deceased brother.
