{¶ 1} After a jury trial, appellant, Sandra E. Franklin, was found guilty of murder, R.C. 2903.02(A); felonious assault, R.C. 2903.11(A)(2); and involuntary manslaughter, R.C. 2903.04(A). On May 26, 2010, the trial court sentenced appellant to 15 years to life and imposed a $15,000 fine for murder.
