{¶ 1} Judy Bartow, doing business as Black Hawk Dynasty, signed a commercial lease and personal guaranty for the purpose of opening a bingo parlor in Akron. When she lost her license to offer bingo, she notified the lessors, Kristalyn Huff and William D. Huff III, that Black Hawk Dynasty had no way to make any money to pay its bills.
