{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Donelda Brown appeals from a summary judgment rendered against her in a foreclosure action filed by plaintiff-appellee Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. Brown contends that a genuine issue of fact exists with regard to whether she was actually in default on the mortgage loan due to mistakes made by Wells Fargo in crediting her account.
