Clodfelter, commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order denying relator's request for payment of chiropractic treatments rendered from July 25, 2003 through February 11, 2009 and to enter an order granting that payment.
