{¶ 1} Appellant, Paul A. Dragon, appeals the judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to modify parental rights and awarding attorney fees in the amount of $2,923.30 to appellee, Holly M. Dragon.1 For the reasons stated herein, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
