{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a Ross County Common Pleas Court summary judgment in favor of Nicholas Siniff and Jeffrey A. Linn, II, defendants below and appellees herein.

{¶ 2} Randy L. Dillon, plaintiff below and appellant herein, assigns the following error for review:

"THE TRIAL COURT ERRED WHEN GRANTING SUMMARY JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF THE APPELLEES."
