{¶1} On July 30, 2009, appellee, the state of Ohio, filed a five count complaint against appellants, US Technology Corporation, Vanguard Investments, Inc., and Raymond Williams, for violating environmental protections under former Ohio Adm.Code 3745-31-02(A), 3745-35-02(A), and R.C. 3704.05(C) and (G).
