{¶1} Following a bench trial, Randal Ransburgh was convicted of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse ("OVI"), driving under suspension ("DUS"), and failure to control. Ransburgh raises a number of issues on appeal, but because the trial court failed to sentence him for failure to control, part of the case remains pending and there is no final, appealable order....
