INTRODUCTION

{¶ 1} After he was twice tried and convicted on various charges, including murder and attempted murder, this Court vacated Justin Chapman's sentence of 30 years to life. On remand, Mr. Chapman successfully moved for recusal of the trial judge. His case was assigned to a different judge, who resentenced him to 33 years to life in prison. He has appealed.
