{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Robin Wright, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), contending she suffered property damage as a proximate result of negligence on the part of ODOT in maintaining a hazardous condition on Interstate 71 northbound near milemarker 16/17.
