{¶1} Ezekiel Roulette appeals the judgment of the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas, which convicted him of two felonies and two misdemeanors. Roulette contends that the trial court erred when it changed its ruling on the admissibility of certain exhibits while the jury was deliberating. We disagree for two reasons.
