DECISION

SADLER, J.

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Alden E. Crase, appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting the motions for summary judgment filed by defendants-appellees, Shasta Beverages, Inc., National Beverage Corp., Monte Hale, and Nicholas Inboden, on all claims contained in appellant's complaint. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
